Many of the most tragic stories are hidden beneath the glamor of a career. Lolo, who won the USA and World championships in hurdle events in 2013, achieved this feat by putting in a lot of effort and tremendous patience. Jones experienced a tough childhood because she was raised by a single mom within a large household. Her mother had been constantly changing her location and she lived at the bottom of her home. Jones' nomadic lifestyle forced her to change school every year up to the age of high school. Jones, who was interested in the track events at Theodore Roosevelt High School, lived in a different place from her mother so that she could follow her passion. She lived with four different families during her time in high school, in order to learn all in the same place. Jones won an award called the Gatorade track and field athlete of the Award at the high school level. As a student cellist, Jones was also part of the school's orchestra. Jones was one of the college's best hurdlers after entering. At the 2002 NCAA Track and Field Championships, she won the 100 meter hurdles. Jones also was a part of the second-placed team in the 100-meter Relay race. In 2003 and 2004 Jones won the indoor hurdles event at the NCAA Championship. Jones started her career in 2005 after she completed her degree. Jones began training to prepare to pursue a track career that would be successful. In the same year, she won in the Torino Memorial Event, while in 2026, she was the winner of the Ostrava Track race as well as Heusden.

Born and raised in Cape Town South Africa Brandt immigrated with her family to Auckland New Zealand in her late teens. Brandt was found by local casting agents and was cast in the role of Naevia on the Starz blockbusters Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Together with producers Steven S. D Knight (Sam Raimi) and Steven S. D Knight (Steven S. D Knight), she became an instant success. Mazikeen was a popular fan favorite DC/Vertigo character from comics and Vertigo/DC series Lucifer was her role in this hit Netflix show. Forbes has ranked Lucifer as the most watched show in 2021. Brandt's next performance will be in a six-episode Walking Dead spin-off in 2024 alongside Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurrira. Brandt also appears alongside Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan Chris Meloni and Chris Meloni as Captain Fall in a mature animated feature which will premiere on Netflix July 20, 2023. Lesley Ann Brandt, born on December 2, 1981, from Cape Town South Africa. Her talent is impressive as a New Zealander performer. Lesley Brandt along with the remainder of her family moved into Auckland New Zealand, in 1999. In Auckland she began working in retail and later be promoted to the position of IT manager consultant. Following a couple of modeling projects, Lesley appeared in many commercials. She graduated with a major in acting in 2008. In 2009 she began training in Meisner methods of study. Lesley Brandt's very first noteworthy performance was in the TV drama series Diplomatic Immunity, which aired in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt was a guest acting support on the New Zealand TV drama Shortland Street. In the following season, she was in the sci-fi thriller This Is Not My Life which is based on the anecdote of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt was cast in the Television series Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia who was a teen hostage, and was later featured her character in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena mini-series.
